First Stage:

Once you provide us with the required documentation and the first installment of payment then we will immediately proceed with the submission of your application to Identity Malta:

Required Documents

• Full copy of passport (validity One Year)

• Latest CV (signed by applicant);

• Reference letter up to 3 years, according to the position they are applying;

• Position Description (sent to the applicant scanned by email)

• Original Employment Agreement (sent to the applicant scanned by email)

• CEA 5.1 Form (sent to the applicant scanned by email)

• Police Conduct Certificate (if required)

After submitting the application to Identity Malta, it usually takes 8-12 weeks for approval.

Second Stage:

Once your application is successfully approved, Identity Malta sends an approval letter of the applicant to the employer’s address. As soon as we receive the approval letter from Identity Malta, and after we have received the second installment of payment, we prepare and send to the applicant the mentioned documents below needed for VISA Application:

• Identity Malta approval letter

• Work contract

• Company Invitation Letter

• Director and Office Manager copy of ID Card

In case of Visa refusal, we will resubmit/appeal and if the candidate wants to withdraw the case, then we will refund back to the candidate. The remaining amount, Identity Malta fee and administrative paper works fee  are non refundable.

2. Submit your Euro Pass CV along with your Passport Copy & Visa Page  by WhatsApp (not accepting by email)

3. Once approved you will get a call from our office
